Port Saint John

Port Saint John reached out to SayleGroup, wanting to identify ways to improve safety for Port employees and contractors. SayleGroup conducted a site assessment and facilitated a risk register session. From the findings, SayleGroup suggested that a robust Risk Management Protocol, customized to the Port, be developed and implemented. SayleGroup created a site-specific Risk Management process for the Port.
